PACKAGE ISSUE

If you are having an issue with a package that was sent but isn't showing that it has been delivered, or a package that shows delivered, but didn't show up, please contact your local post office asap and open a case for a missing package. If they are unwilling to help, as some are, please let me know if there is anything we can do. Currently, the USPS does not insure hazardous items.***International customer's are responsible for all custom duties and/or import fees on International orders. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages by customs.

POLISH DAMAGE

In the event of damage due to shipping, let me know within 24 hours of delivery. We ask that you send a picture of the item. We will be glad to replace it for you. 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If there is something actually wrong with the polish itself, I will ask that you return the bottle to us for an exchange/refund. I can either send you a return label, or you can provide the shipping receipt and I can Pay Pal you the shipping costs back to you. This has to be done within 45 days of purchase. 

REFUND ORDER 

If you decide for any reason that you want a refund before order is ready to be shipped, it must be done within 24 hours of ordering. Once items are poured and ready to ship. It will no longer be able to be refund.
